I started at NN Group, working across asset management, banking, insurance, and pensions. Early P&L responsibility grounded my perspective in execution: allocating capital and managing risk in regulated, balance-sheet-intensive businesses.
I then advised financial institutions and private equity investors in London on capital allocation, portfolio strategy, and M&A, and worked at KKR on investments, acquisitions, and portfolio platforms.
Financial services is entering a period of structural redesign as insurers, asset managers, and private capital converge. Advantage is shifting toward the integration of capital, distribution, and operating capability into scalable platforms.
